NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA) – previously known as Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments – invites qualified groundskeeping/landscaping contractors to submit a proposal for Landscape Maintenance Service for the property located at 252 South Fairgrounds Road, Price, Utah 84501. The anticipated timeline is below:
October 24, 2023 – Invitation to Bid Published by SERDA
November 24, 2023 by 5:00 pm MST – Proposals due to SERDA
December 14, 2023 – Anticipated award to selected contractor
January 1, 2024 – Agreement start date
Interested parties must adhere to the format of the invitation. The package can be requested by contacting the person listed below. Full landscaping plans can be obtained by contacting SERDA.
