The employees at Jake Mellor Tax and Accounting Services, LLC, celebrated an addition to their company with a ribbon cutting that took place on Wednesday afternoon.
Seth Oveson was welcomed to the team. Oveson worked as a CPA for a firm in Denver before moving to the Carbon County area and working for the county. He will bring more expertise in the tax accounting department.
Although Oveson will be taking on this new role, he still plans to continue his work with the county. “Jake understands my commitments with the county, so he will be flexible,” Oveson stated.
Mellor is very pleased with the new addition to his business and believes that it will have a positive outcome.
“We’ve got quite the tax and accounting team,” he stated.
