Local Kache “Money” Moosman increased the stakes of his bull riding career by quitting his full-time job to focus solely on riding with the hopes of qualifying for his first ever PBR World Finals. This decision has paid dividends thus far.
Just weeks after turning all his energy to riding, Moosman finished first in the opening round of the 2019 Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour Finals. He had a career night on Saturday, scoring a personal best 89 points on the bull Reckless Tested.
Moosman has been backed by his biggest fan and supporter, his wife Jessica, who talked him into leaving his job. There were also roughly 30 family members and friends that made the trip down to South Point Area just outside of Las Vegas to watch Moosman compete. He still has some work to do to qualify for the World Finals but his points from Saturday night will help him in his efforts. He finished seventh overall as he was unable to score in the next two rounds.
