A recent ribbon cutting allowed children and adults alike to get a peek at World of Wonder in Price.
World of Wonder Preschool is owned and operated by Nikki Rondinelli, who offers preschool classes starting in September and ending in May. Rondinelli also offers a summer program to local children.
“My job is to create an environment where the kids feel safe, happy and loved,” said Rondinelli. “When the kids feel this way, you create a positive first experience of school and you set them on the path for a life-long journey of loving school and loving to learn.”
World of Wonder Preschool’s mission is to provide every child with a quality early childhood experience in a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment that nurtures each individual’s needs. Rondinelli’s past teaching at Pinnacle Canyon Academy and partaking in the preschool program at the College of Eastern Utah give her a strong background with young children and many years of experience.
Rondinelli currently offers a morning and an afternoon class for preschool students. The morning class takes place from 9 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. while the afternoon session begins at 12 p.m. and ends at 2:15 p.m.
The local preschool still has room for five children for the upcoming year. Children must be three or four years old and potty trained to take part in the preschool program. For more information, contact Rondinelli at (435) 650-0562.
