On Tuesday evening, Carbon traveled to take on the ALA Eagles in Spanish Fork.
The Lady Dinos immediately took control of the game, jumping out to a 14-2 lead. Coming out of halftime with the score 24-6, Carbon kept on the gas pedal to blowout ALA 54-16.
Carbon was strong defensively all night, flustering the Eagles with 26 deflections and 25 steals. They surrendered less than eight points in each quarter.
Jodi Noyes ended the game with a double-double, recording 16 points and 12 rebounds (10 of which were offensive rebounds). Makenna Blanc went 5-8 in the game for 13 points.
Carbon (13-2, 6-0 Region 14) has yet to lose a game in the state of Utah this season. They will look to keep that streak alive and remain undefeated in region when they return home to face Delta (6-7, 4-1 Region 14) on Thursday. The game is set to be a pivotal contest as the Rabbits are currently right behind the Dinos in the region standings, claiming second place. You can stream the game live online or on ETV Channel 10.
