The Carbon High girls tennis team hosted their first meet on the new Price City courts on Tuesday. Emery and Union both faced Carbon during the region competition.
According to Lady Dinos head coach Tom Alleman, the team is young but learned a lot at the meet. “It was a good challenge for the girls,” he explained. “It’s early in the season and we have a ways to go, but they all played well and learned a lot.”
Emery and Union tied for the win at the Carbon meet.
The Lady Dinos will travel to Vernal on Tuesday to face Uintah High. The team will then return home on Thursday to host Payson.
