The Lady Dinos soccer team traveled to American Leadership Academy (ALA) on Sept. 25 for a match.
During the first half of the game, Carbon High was in the lead, going into the break with a 1-0 advantage. While ALA fought back during the second half, the Lady Dinos stayed ahead with 2-1.
The unfamiliar turf proved successful the ladies, who were able to secure a win, finishing the game with a final score of 3-1. Carbon’s Grace Broadbear was able to secure the three goals for the team, while Payton McClure of ALA netted the loan goal for her school.
Next, Carbon High girls’ soccer will host Delta on Thursday. The game is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
