The Lady Dinos smashed Park City in three games on the volleyball court on Tuesday. The team took the games in 25-20, 25-14 and 25-21.
Sara Morley was big in the game with 14 kills while Mallorie Bradley put up 20 assists. Foreign exchange student Giulia Malviani also contributed in a big way with seven kills and five service aces.
“She’s really helping our team out right now,” head coach Christine Johnson said about Malviani. “We are excited to have her.”
The game is one of the most impressive wins for the team in the young season.
“It was probably one of our best games so far this year,” Johnson said. “We passed the ball fairly well. We did make some mistakes but we talked about those so hopefully we can move on.”
The Dinos will look for another win on Thursday. The team will host Layton Christian at 5:30 p.m. The game can be viewed live on ETV Channel 6 at 5:30 p.m.
