The Carbon High Lady Dinos hosted a volleyball match against Canyon View on Tuesday. The Lady Dinos were able to come away triumphant, beating Canyon View with a final score of 3-1. Carbon High won all sets but one; in the second set, Canyon View came away with a score of 25-20. The first, third and fourth sets went to Carbon with scores of 25-15, 25-12 and 25-7.
A few players had some highlighted stats: Sara Morley had 26 kills while Giulia Malvicini had 10 kills. Mallorie Bradley had 40 assists and also five service aces. Brecklyn Frame played well with 25 digs.
The Lady Dinos will next take on Juab in an away game on Oct. 20 at 6:30 p.m.
