On Friday, the Green River Lady Pirates played against Monument Valley and took a loss.
The Lady Pirates have played strong this season and continued to play strong through Friday’s game. Monument Valley took the win, however, with a final score of 45-24.
The Green River Lady Pirates currently rank 124 in the state of Utah and 16,802 in the nation. Monument Valley’s girls’ team currently rank 50 in the state of Utah and 6,626 in the nation.
The Lady Pirates are set to play against Whitehorse on Jan. 26.
