The Emery High Lady Spartans made short work of Region 15 foe San Juan Friday, crushing the Broncos 63-38.
Emery rushed out to a 13-0 start in the first quarter, eventually winning the opening frame 15-7. Bailey Rasmussen scored a team-high 14 points. Jeridi Price poured in 12 and Shelby Allred chipped in 11.
The Lady Spartans (7-6, 2-1 Region 15) will enjoy the next three games at home before finishing their regular season at San Juan Feb. 8. South Sevier will visit the Spartan Center on Thursday. Emery upended the Rams 44-38 Jan. 4 in Monroe.
