The Lady Spartans managed a single run in Friday’s region contest against the North Sevier Wolves before falling to the team 5-1.
Carlie Robinson scored the team’s sole run off of an RBI courtesy of AdriAnne Childs in the fourth. North Sevier’s five runs came early for the team, which managed two in the first and three in the fourth.
Emery’s next chance at victory will come as the team travels to Gunnison on Tuesday. The team will then host Gunnison on Friday.
