On September 9, the Lady Spartans tennis team found themselves playing against San Juan. For the first singles, Samantha Roberts scored 1-6, 3-6. Hannah Morris played second singles and ended with scores of 6-1 and 6-4, respectively.
Third singles were played by Amanda Johansen, who received scores of 6-0 both times. Kiana Pittman and Reagan Sitterud teamed up for the first doubles and ended at 6-0 and 6-3. Second doubles found Macie Nielson and Jordynn Wolford with scores of 4-6, 6-2 and 5-7.
The Lady Spartans also recently faced off against Manti. Samantha Roberts received scores of 2-6 twice in the first singles while Hannah Morris received scores of 0-6 twice for second singles. The third singles found Amanda Johansen with scores of 0-6 twice as well.
Kiana Pittman and Reagan Sitterud teamed up once again for the first doubles and received scores of 6-2, 6-7 and 6-4. Macie Nielson and Jordynn Wolford received scores of 0-6 twice in the second doubles.
The next game scheduled for the Lady Spartans will be on Thursday afternoon where the team will host San Juan. This match will be the teams final home match of the season and will also be senior night.
