The Emery High girls tennis team battled Maeser Prep at home on Tuesday.
“We won four out of the five matches,” coach Tom Hansen explained.
Stealing the spotlight is the first doubles team consisting of Ashleigh Robinson and Brittany Fortner. The team is undefeated in region play and sit at 6-1 on the season.
The Lady Spartans will travel to Rowland Hall for a matchup on Thursday before returning home to play Saint Joseph.
“We just have to be consistent,” Hansen concluded. “If we can do that, we will do well.”
