As required by AHERA Section 763.85 paragraphs C and D, we as a School District are required to ensure that workers and building occupants, or legal guardians, are informed at least once each school year about our re-inspections, response actions, and surveillance activities of all ACM or assumed ACM located in your school or building.
This information is recorded in the Management Plan in your school or building. Also a copy is available for your review at the District Office and at the Maintenance Shop. The public is welcome to review these plans.
