Young ladies gathered at the Emery County Little Miss and Junior Miss Pageant on Friday evening with the theme of “Get Your Sparkle On.” Seventeen girls competed in the little miss category while fourteen others competed to be crowned as junior miss.
Those in attendance were treated to three category of competition from the contestants: personality and introduction, talent and evening wear. After special performances from current Little Miss Emery Jaylynn Lindley and Miss Emery County Jaicelyn Shakespeare, the winner were crowned.
Madison Draper was honored as the second attendant for Junior Miss Emery while Novalee LeRoy received the title of first attendant. Brooklyn Johansen took home the crown for Junior Miss Emery.
The second attendant for Little Miss Emery went to Addison Johansen and Kina Jewkes will serve as first attendant. Brynn Lindley was crowned as Little Miss Emery 2014.
