The marching bands from both Carbon and Emery high schools participated in the Days of ’47 parade in Salt Lake City last week.
The bands marched in full uniform through the parade, with 31 participants from Emery High and many more from Carbon taking part in the celebratory event. Annually, the Days of ’47 parade lasts nearly three hours and draws thousands of spectators.
