Donovan Taylor appeared for sentencing regarding a case against him in Carbon County in November. Carbon County Attorney Jeremy Humes stated that Taylor was charged with three counts of sodomy on a child and one count of aggravated sexual abuse. During his appearance, Taylor pled guilty to two of the counts of sodomy, not including the third count nor the count of aggravated sexual abuse.
These incidents, according to Humes, were reported to have initially occurred in a time range between late 2017 and the end of April 2018. At the conclusion of his sentencing, Taylor is now facing 10 years to life at the state prison.
