Last Saturday, the Family Support and Children’s Justice Center hosted its inaugural Utah Family Fun Run and Kids Art Festival.
The event took place at the Carbon County Event Center and included a one mile run/walk, a 5K for interested participants and a children’s art display.
Area fifth graders designed artwork featured at the event. The designs were then judged by Boxcar Gallery artists and the winning piece of art was featured on the event t-shirt.
Braxton Norris from Creekview Elementary created the winning design titled “I Run For Kids.”
