For the fourth consecutive year, local award-winning wrestler Kruz Arroyo is working in conjunction with Pin Cancer to raise funds for St. Jude’s Children’s Cancer Research Hospital.
Arroyo, age nine, began assisting in the fundraiser when he learned from his parents that young children could also have cancer and needed help. Pin Cancer is an organization that rallies the wrestling community together while also raising money for St. Jude’s. Those that participate are able to raise funds as a single entity or as a team.
Over the years, Arroyo’s goal amount has stayed at $1,000. However, due to being successful in raising that amount time and time again, Arroyo is now hoping to meet a goal of $1,200. Those that wish to donate to Arroyo’s fundraiser may do so by clicking here.
