Local 11-year-old Luke Kraync is skillful at folding top-notch paper airplanes. Looking to earn some funds over the summer, Kraync had the idea to put his expertise to good use and teach airplane folding classes. The first class he hosted was so successful, that Kraync is looking to host another on July 2.
This class, that will welcome children ages eight to 12, will take place in Kraync’s home and will feature learning and discussing the basic type of paper airplanes, exploring them by folding each type, different techniques and folds to combine creatively, throwing techniques, principles of aerodynamics, flying contests and so much more.
All your little one needs to join in on this fun opportunity is a pack of 8 1/2 x 11 paper, a water bottle and the entrance fee of $10. Those that are interested in the class can get in touch with Kraync’s mother, Amy Kraync, on Facebook or follow the class post by clicking here. Class sizes are limited.
