Carbon County is always looking at ways to engage the community in activities that exercise the mind and teach new skills. The Helper City Library continued this on Tuesday evening through the library workshop series for kids on how to make balloon animals.
Beginning with a personal demonstration, balloon animal expert and special education teacher at Bruin Point Elementary Jacob Ingalls showed the audience how to make a dog. He then went around the room, assisting the children and their parents in making dogs of their very own. This event was free to all in attendance.
