1932 – 2021
Mary Ann died May 9, 2021, as she lived, quietly and without fuss.
Mary Ann loved Western movies, sage brush and rabbits, but she loved her family the most. She existed in the background, always there to lend a hand or a paintbrush or make coffee. She taught us many things: how to grow tomatoes, how to drive a stick shift, how to save, save, save: reuse, recycle, make do. Mostly to just love one another unconditionally.
The second child of John and Mary Peczuh, she was preceded in death by Dad, Mom and brothers John and Frank. Survived by sisters Elizabeth Moran (Granite Bay, CA), Rose Wirthlin (Taylorsville, UT) Emily Shelley (Midvale, UT) and brother Mike (Kathryn) (Carbonville, UT) and all her beloved nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews: her surrogate grandchildren.
Mary Ann was a life-long member of Notre Dame Parish. Services for Mary Ann will be scheduled at a later date.
