The community was invited to join members of the Matt Warner Chapter 1900 E Clampus Vitus at their hall on Helper’s Main Street on Saturday afternoon for a special celebration.
There, the Clampers were busy hosting a fun-filled afternoon that took place to celebrate Matt Warner’s birthday. To assist with the celebration, special guest Dee Warner was in attendance to display his collection of memorabilia pertaining to Matt Warner as well as stories from his life.
Historical videos and cowboy poetry were all presented during the event as well as a chuckwagon buffet-style meal that filled the bellies of all. The proceeds from this event will fund local historical plaques and other historical projects.
