Mayor Piccolo kicks off Price City International Days

Each year, International Days brings three days full of fun, games, music, and this year, fireworks. On Thursday night at the Peace Gardens, Mayor Piccolo welcomed Price City residents and visitors to enjoy the festivities. The Mayor also had the pleasure of announcing the “Citizen of the Year” award. This year, Dale Cloward was presented the award.

After words from the Mayor, First Lady of Price, Miss Carbon County, and Councilman Wayne Clausing, the crowd enjoyed music provided by Lokalgrown. At dusk, for the first time in International Days history, fireworks were set off on Wood Hill. People could enjoy some of the best views at Mont Harmon Jr. High and throughout Price.

Be sure to enjoy all that International Days has to offer on Friday and Saturday. Check out the Community Events section of for a complete list of activities.
