Mechele Ellis Jones went to live with our Heavenly Father on December 11, 2015. She was born December 11, 1989 to Ron and Trina Hudson Ellis, Santaquin. She married Caleb Jones, November 19, 2011. Mechele was educated in Santaquin and graduated from Payson High School, participating in volleyball and softball. She loved to travel with family, especially Disneyland, find a co-ed softball team, and helping others with her special visits and tender care. Most recently she was working with adults who have special needs at the Provo Care Center.
She is survived by her husband and parents, her sister, Megan (Nate) Walker, her pride and joy, niece MaKaylee Walker, and Grandpa George Ellis of Idaho Falls, Idaho, along with in-laws, Randy and Barbra Jones of Huntington, Utah and their family, Cade (Marilyn), Cassie (Daniel), and Cierra. Mechele leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Because of her generous love to others, hearts are aching with her absence. But we know those who went before her, Grandma and Grandpa Duke and Lily Hudson, Grandma Betty Ellis, and her Uncle Ed met her with open arms. We love you Chele.
