Memorial Day is a day in which we honor and remember those who gave their all and made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Carbon County hosted Memorial Day services on Monday to honor of those who did just that.
These services were hosted at the Helper City Cemetery, Price City Main Cemetery, Price City Cliff View Cemetery and Wellington Cemetery. During the services, colors were presented, a prayer was given and then three rounds were fired.
American Legion Post #3 of Price and Post #21 of Helper conjoined with Price VFW and Marine Corps League to conduct Monday’s services.
