Family, friends and community members attended the Miss Utah Send-Off Party on Saturday, June 10 to wish Miss Carbon County good luck while competing at the upcoming Miss Utah Scholarship Pageant.
During the send-off party, Miss Carbon County Madison Burrola showed off what she will be performing at Miss Utah including swimsuit, on-stage question, evening gown and talent. Miss Carbon County Royalty members also participated in the party.
As part of the Miss Utah pageant, individuals may cast their vote for People’s Choice Award. The winner of this award will go on to compete as a top 12 finalist in the Miss Utah pageant on June 17. It has been over 40 years since a contestant from Carbon County has competed in the top 12 at the state pageant. Votes will be accepted until June 15 at 11:59 p.m. and may be made here for $1 per vote.
Burrola will be participating in several activities and competing in numerous events at the Miss Utah Scholarship Pageant the entire week of June 12.
