Saturday morning, eleven teams participated in the Miss Emery four person scramble at Millsite Golf Course to help raise money for the Miss Emery Scholarship Pageant.

Team Johansen & Tuttle from Castle Dale finished in first place with Jerry Taylor’s team from Salt Lake City taking second place. Third place went to team Chug-A-Lug from Price.

Over $4,000 was raised and all proceeds from the tournament will go toward scholarships that are awarded to winners of the pageant. The money will also help Miss Emery County Sydni Ekker attend the Miss Utah Pageant, which will be held on June 15-20 at the Capitol Theater in Salt Lake City.
