Utah Senate Republican Candidate Mitt Romney will be attending the Emery County Republican Lincoln Day Dinner in mid-March. Governor Gary Herbert has been invited to be the keynote speaker but confirmation has not yet been received. Other state officials and candidates will be in attendance as well as county officials and candidates.
The Lincoln Day Dinner will be hosted at the Orangeville Community Center March 15 at 6 p.m. The menu choices are rib-eye steak and shrimp or chicken and shrimp. The cost is $25 per plate and reservations are needed by March 12.

“The Lincoln Day Dinners are always fun informational and interesting,” the central committee reported.
Romney will also make an appearance at the Carbon County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day Dinner. Scheduled for March 24, the dinner will take place at USU Eastern.
For $20 per ticket or $35 per couple, members of the community will be able to attend the dinner and listen to Romney speak. Prime rib will be served.
