The Mont Harmon Middle School band entertained friends and family at its annual spring concert on Thursday. The event featured performances from the sixth grade band, the seventh and eighth grade combined band, and percussion ensemble.
The sixth grade band performed three numbers including “When the Saints Go Marching In,” “Old MacDonald Had a Band” and “Ode to Joy.” The combined band treated those in attendance to four pieces including “Home,” “Some Night,” Circle of Life” and “The Best of Queen.” The percussion ensemble topped off the night with “Gypsy Dance.”
Band students are under the direction of Kaitlyn Tracy.
