A moose was found roaming West Helper near Roosevelt and Main street Tuesday morning, while children walked to school. Helper Police called Utah DWR biologists to assist with the capture and eventualВ tranquilization of the animal.When biologists arrived on scene they determined the animal to be around two years of age, which may explain why it traveled to such a populated area.The moose was later transferredВ to a safe location and released.
