The Mountain Man Rendezvous is one of the many traditions that students have come to love as part of the year-end activities in Carbon School District.
This year’s gloomy weather did not stop students from flocking to Lighthouse High School to enjoy the many activities offered at the rendezvous. Lighthouse Principal Karen Bedont organizes the events each year in partnership with her husband Paul.
Students from various grades within the district that were studying Utah history were invited to the event where they learned about teepees, trapping, Dutch oven cooking, and more.
