T-Mobile USA is proposing to install new wireless telecommunications antennas on an existing self supporting lattice tower located at 2149 W. Black Hawk Tower Road, approximately 0.58 miles east-southeast of the intersection of Power Plant Road and U.S. Highway 191 in Helper, Carbon County, Utah 84526. The new facility will consist of collocating nine antennas at a centerline height of 80 feet above ground level on the 100-foot tower, and installing a new equipment shelter at the base of the tower.
