NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during an open and public meeting of the Carbon County Board of Commissioners held on June 21, 2023, the Commission unanimously approved an adjustment of delinquent interest and penalties owing on 2022 ad valorem taxes, penalties and interest for Wolverine Fuel Company, LLC – Skyline pursuant to Utah Code Annotated section 59-2-1347(1)(a), for Carbon County Tax Account No. SA-9800-0067. The outstanding of amount of $52,485.94 in penalties and interest was adjusted to $26,242.97. No portion of the adjustment was an adjustment of taxes owing, as all outstanding taxes have been paid. The 2023 assessed value of the account is $966,809.48. The assessed value of the account for 2022 was $1,346,539.42.
