On March 6, 2019, the Utah Air Quality Board proposed for a 30-day public comment period, amendments to SIP Section XX. Regional Haze, Parts A and D. More information on the proposed SIP amendment is available for review at:
In response to a request to extend the public comment period received by the Utah Division of Air Quality, the public comment period will be extended from 30 to 45 days.
Therefore, the comment period will now close at 5:00 p.m. on May 15, 2019. Comments postmarked on or before that date will be accepted. Comments may be submitted by electronic mail to thomasgunter@utah.gov or may be mailed to:
