Notice is hereby given that a Municipal Election for Emery Town will be held this year on November 5, 2019 to elect persons to the following offices:
One (1) Council Member two (2) year term
Two (2) Council Members – four (4) year term each
A Candidate Guide to the Elections is available at the office of Emery Town during the Town’s regular business hours. Candidates must be a United States Citizen, a registered voter of Emery Town, and must have resided in Emery for a period of 12 consecutive months preceding the date of the election.
A declaration of candidacy form or nomination petition must be filed in person with the Town Recorder at 65 North Center, Emery, Utah during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. beginning June 3, 2019 and ending June 7, 2019 UCA 10-3-301.
