Helper City will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed grant application to the Community Impact Board. The grant amount of $40,000 will be used to purchase a GIS mapping system for utilities. The hearing will be held at 19 South Main Street in the Council Chambers on September 5, 2019 at 6:00 P.M.
