The Administrative Control Board of the Castle Valley Special Service District will hold a public hearing on Thursday October 17, 2019 at 7:00pm, 20 S 100E, Castle Dale, Utah. This hearing is to receive input with respect to the District’s issuance of a General Obligation Bond in an amount not to exceed $14,000,000 (the “Bonds”) and the potential economic impact that the facilities and associated assets and related improvements to be paid for, in whole or in part, will have on the private sector, and related matters.
