This action seeks to quiet title in plaintiff as against any right, title or interest you may claim to following property in Carbon County, Utah, a per a contract between plaintiff and Nancy Ann Fowkes: Beginning at a point which is 69.5 feet North of a point 854 feet East and 49.5 feet North of the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 14 South, Range 10 East, SLB&M and running thence North 35 feet, thence East 80 feet, thence South 35 feet, thence West 80 feet to the point of beginning. Less any portion that may lie within 1st West.
