The Plaintiff, complaining of the Defendant, alleges:
1. The Plaintiff or Defendant has resided at least 180 days in Michigan immediately before the filing of this complaint.
2. The Plaintiff or Defendant has resided in this county at least 10 days immediately before the filing of this complaint.
3. The marriage took place on April 25, 2003 in Price, Carbon County, Utah.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant separated on January 29, 2005.
5. There has been a breakdown of the marriage to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved.
6. There are no minor children of the marriage and no party is pregnant.
7. The Plaintiff and Defendant did not acquire property or debts during the marriage.
8. The Plaintiff is not requesting spousal support.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the bonds of matrimony which have existed between the parties be dissolved and that he/she be granted an absolute divorce from the Defendant.
