The record owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is Loretta Gannon Santiago Rasmussen, as Trustee of the Loretta Gannon Santiago Rasmussen Family Trust, dated December 7, 2017, and the current Beneficiary is Dorothy Diamond.
