The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is NATHAN E. SMITH AND MARISA M. SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS.
