The current beneficiary of the trust deed is Desertview Federal Credit Union and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the notice of default is Charles Dean Glazier. This Trust Deed is recorded as Entry Number September 12, 2017 of the records of the Emery County Recorder. Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee $5,000.00 at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day following the sale. Both payments must be in the form of a cashier’s check or certified funds.
