On the 26th day of April, 2024, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., of said day, at the front entrance to the Emery County District Courthouse, 1850 N Des Bee Dove Rd, Castle Dale, UT, Utah, Daniel J. Torkelson, as Successor Trustee, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described property, situated in Emery County, State of Utah, and described as follows:

Excepting therefrom all oil, gas, and other minerals previously reserved or conveyed.

Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession or encumbrances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Deed of Trust executed by Becky Wilmer, as Trustor, in which Deer Ridge, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, was named as Beneficiary, which was filed for record in the office of the Emery County, Utah, Recorder on May 18, 2022, as Entry No. 428365 (the “Trust Deed”).

The current beneficiary of the Trust Deed is Deer Ridge, LLC, a Utah limited liability company. The current record owner of the above-described real property is Becky Wilmer.

Bidders must be prepared to tender to the Trustee a $10,000.00 cashier’s check at the sale and a cashier’s check for the balance of the purchase price within 24 hours after the sale.
