Pursuant to Section 75-7-508, Utah Code Annotated, Elaine Pollock, Georgia Porter, and Angelo G. Pappas, whose address is 390 N. Center Street, Wellington, Utah 84552, as Trustees of The Angelo E. Pappas Family Living Trust dated October 18, 2001, hereby gives notice that Angelo E. Pappas, the Settlor of said Trust, died on September 18, 2018. Creditors of the deceased Settlor are hereby notified to deliver or mail their written claims to the Trustees at the address above within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
