During the regularly scheduled Carbon County Commission meeting on Thursday, Carbon County Tourism Specialist Tina Henrie took some time to announce November’s Tourism Super Service Award recipient.
November’s recipient was credited as being very involved in her family’s business, which now spans across four eating establishments in the county. It was stated that she is often seen in each of the establishments.
The hospitality committee voted and Carlee Gallegos of Granny J’s and Sherald’s was named the winner. The individual that nominated Gallegos remarked that she is personable and kind, always remembering her favorites and providing excellent service each time.
Gallegos received the award of superior customer service as well as a $50 Amazon gift card. The commissioners thanked Gallegos and Carbon County Commission Chair Larry Jensen stated that she is an important part in serving the people that come to the area.
