According to one Helper City official, there are no plans to evacuate residents.

Helper Fire Chief Mike Zamantakis has been in meetings and, with the help of other town and county officials, will make a decision on the possible evacuation.
The Helper City Council has also planned a special 4 p.m. meeting at city hall to speak further on a fireworks ban.
