Orangeville Elementary students performed Christmas songs for friends and families on Thursday.

The program, titled The Night Before Christmas Break, was narrated by Carol Stilson.

The program began with the entire school singing “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas”.  Each grade performed a song, beginning with kindergarten. The kindergarten students sang “Susie Snowflake” while waving paper snowflakes in the air.  First grade rocked out on stage while singing “Do You Want to Rock at the North Pole?”  Next, second grade students sang the “Hawaiian 12 Days of Christmas.

The audience was entertained by the third grade students singing “I’m Getting Nothing For Christmas” while students in fourth grade sang “The Grinch”.  The fifth grade class sang a rendition of “Fa-La-La” while showing of some of their dancing and gymnastic talents. The sixth grade students performed a dance to “Feliz Navidad”  before the program concluded with the students singing “We Wish You A Merry Christmas.”
