The Pinnacle High School stage vibrated with guitar riffs and quick feet on last week as the Panther Dance Theater presented Iconic Rock Gods.
Dance, film and theater director Eric Sandoval stated that he believes the rock and roll genre embodies freedom of expression, poetic lyrics, intricate musical compositions and the emotional conditions that we as humans deal with daily.
Dance numbers were performed to the tune of artists such as Van Halen, Nirvana, No Doubt, Queen, Bon Jovi, Joan Jett and more. A total of 19 numbers were performed by the dance theater with appropriate attire donned.
The finale found the full company of the theater finishing out the night to a Fleetwood Mac number.
